Article XVII. Effectivity

States the effectivity and enforcement date for the constitution

Section 1.

This Constitution shall take effect after the ratification and approval of the majority of the votes cast in a plebiscite and fifteen (15) days after posting in the bulletin boards of each department/college/campus. HEREBY ADOPTED by the University Student Government this ___ day of __________ 2021.
